This year 40 high school girls from 18 local high schools participated in a day filled with STEM activities, informational presentations, and opportunities to interact with SDSU students and engineering professionals.
SDSU Engineering students receive award from IEEE Power Electronics Society
Oct 5Electrical and Computer Engineering doctoral students, Fei Lu and Hua Zhang, received a Student Project Demonstration on Emerging Technology Second Prize Award from IEEE Power Electronics Society for their project “Long Distance Capacitive Power Transfer with One Pair of Metal Plates” at the 2017 IEEE Energy Conversion Congress & Expo.
